1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to The Connect, a platform that enables creatives, brands and institutes to collaborate, connect and manage creative opportunities securely and efficiently. Before using our services, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.

We want all users to have a safe and positive experience while showcasing their work, discovering opportunities and collaborating through The Connect. To ensure this, we have outlined our terms and conditions in clear language below. If you have any questions, please contact us at hello@theconnect.social.

By using our website or platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or platform.

These Terms apply to the use of The Connect’s platform and related services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”), operated by The Connect Social Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom (Company No. 14584812) with its registered office at Office 1, Izabella House, 24-26 Regent Place, Birmingham, England, B1 3NJ ("The Connect").

The Connect’s Platform enables creatives to showcase their work and engage with brands through Creative Invites. These include Creative Briefs, Challenges, Castings, Direct Invites, and Promo / Experiential campaigns, while also allowing institutes to support emerging creatives through portfolio development and industry exposure.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (as an individual or entity using the Platform) and The Connect Social Ltd. They set out the rights and obligations of both parties concerning your use of the Platform and all related services.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1. Eligibility

Use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

  1. You must be at least 18 years old to use The Connect.

  2. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your country of residence.

  3. Your participation and use of the Platform must be lawful under all applicable local, national and international laws.

  4. You may not use the Platform if you are suspended, removed, or otherwise prohibited from doing so under these Terms.

  5. Employees, contractors, or representatives of The Connect Social Ltd, as well as their immediate family members, may not participate in any Creative Invite unless expressly permitted in writing.

The Connect celebrates creative freedom and recognises that some artistic work may include mature or sensitive themes. However, all content must remain lawful, non-exploitative, and consistent with the Platform’s community and content standards.

The Connect makes no representation as to the lawfulness of participation from any specific country. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws where you reside.

3.2. Account Registration

To access most features of the Platform, including submitting or posting Creative Invites, you must create an account.

When registering for an account, you agree to:

  1. Provide accurate, current and complete information as requested during registration.

  2. Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.

  3. Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

  4. Notify The Connect immediately if you suspect unauthorised access or a breach of security.

Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with others without written permission from The Connect. You may only create and maintain one account unless explicitly approved by The Connect.

3.3. Verification

The Connect may require Users to verify their identity or eligibility before accessing certain features, submitting work, or receiving payments. Verification may include providing identification documents or completing a third-party verification process.

We reserve the right to deny or suspend access if verification cannot be completed or if false, misleading, or incomplete information is provided.

3.4. Account Suspension or Termination

The Connect reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:

  1. You breach these Terms or any Supplementary Terms.

  2. You engage in conduct that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to other Users.

  3. You misuse the Platform or attempt to circumvent payment systems or verification procedures.

You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@theconnect.social. Termination of your account does not affect any obligations or rights accrued prior to the termination date.

4. Creative Invites and Submissions

4.1. Participation in Creative Invites

Users may participate in Creative Invites published on the Platform by following the specific instructions and requirements displayed on each Invite page. Each Invite will include information such as the brief description, eligibility requirements, submission format, incentive or payment, and relevant deadlines.

Participation in a Creative Invite constitutes your agreement to these Terms, the rules stated on the specific Invite page, and any applicable Supplementary Terms.

4.2. Submission Requirements

To be considered valid, all Submissions must meet the following requirements:

  1. The work must be your own original creation and not copied, adapted, or derived from any other source unless expressly permitted in the Invite.

  2. The work must not have been previously licensed, sold, or published elsewhere, unless the Invite explicitly allows previously published material.

  3. The work must not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyright, trademarks, moral rights, privacy, or publicity rights.

  4. The work must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

  5. The work must not contain any defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful material.

The Connect reserves the right to reject, remove, or disqualify any Submission that violates these requirements or the spirit of the Invite.

4.3. Submission Process

To submit work for an Invite, you must hold a valid, verified account on The Connect. Once submitted, your work will be automatically linked to your portfolio as a draft project. Draft projects are visible only to you (and approved collaborators, where applicable) until you choose to publish them.

This draft state allows you to continue refining your submission, add collaborators, credits, and project details, while maintaining its intrinsic link to the original Invite. Once the Invite concludes or your work is selected, you may choose to make the project public as part of your portfolio.

Your submission may also appear within the Invite gallery or showcase if the Invite’s terms specify public visibility.

4.4. Team or Collaborative Submissions

If a Creative Invite allows team submissions, the following rules apply:

  1. One individual (the account holder) must be identified as the Team Lead, responsible for submitting the work and receiving any payments.

  2. All team members must have agreed to these Terms prior to submission.

  3. The Team Lead is solely responsible for distributing payments or incentives to team members.

  4. The Connect is not responsible for internal arrangements, disputes, or payment distribution within a team.

4.5. Ownership and Rights in Submissions

By submitting work to The Connect, you retain full ownership of your original creative work. However, by submitting, you grant:

  1. To The Connect: a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, promote, and share your Submission for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform and related Invites.

  2. To the Brand or Agency (Client): a non-exclusive, worldwide licence for 12 months to view, evaluate, and share your Submission solely in connection with the Invite.

  3. If your work is selected as part of an Invite, you grant the Client an exclusive, worldwide licence for 12 months to use, display, and distribute the work for commercial or promotional purposes, as detailed in Section 7 (Licensing and Intellectual Property).

  4. Any transfer of ownership must be documented through a separate written agreement, which The Connect may facilitate.

4.6. Disqualification and Removal

The Connect may, at its sole discretion, disqualify or remove a Submission if it:

  • violates these Terms or the Invite rules,

  • contains unlawful or inappropriate content,

  • infringes third-party rights, or

  • damages the integrity or reputation of The Connect, the Client, or the Invite itself.

Decisions regarding disqualification or removal are final.

5. Selection Process and Incentives

5.1. Review and Selection

All valid Submissions will be reviewed during the period specified on each Invite page (“Selection Period”).

The Connect verifies the eligibility of each Submission before it is reviewed by the relevant judging panel, client, or brand team (“Selection Panel”).

Each Invite may specify its own judging criteria, which can include originality, creativity, technical execution, adherence to the brief, and overall relevance to the Invite’s objectives.
The decision of the Selection Panel, once confirmed by The Connect, is final and binding.

5.2. Awardees

Creators whose Submissions are selected by a Client or brand are known as “Awardees.”
Awardees will be contacted using the details provided in their account. The notification will include any next steps, such as the signing of an Awardee Agreement or release form, to confirm licensing rights, deliverables, or payment details.

Once a Submission is selected, it will automatically update from draft status to a published project within the creator’s portfolio.
A visible attribution such as “Selected for [Invite Name] on The Connect” will appear at the top of the project page, maintaining a permanent link to the original Invite.

5.3. Incentives and Payments

All Creative Invites on The Connect include a monetary incentive for participating Creatives.
Each Invite will display full details of the available payment or commission, including total value, payment currency, and any applicable delivery or licensing terms.

  • Payments: Incentives are processed securely through Stripe Connect. The Connect aims to release payments to Awardees within seven (7) days of the official announcement of results, subject to verification and completion of any required documentation.
Where additional review or compliance checks are required, payments may be made within fourteen (14) days of completion of those checks.

  • Platform Fee: The Connect retains a service fee from each transaction as compensation for providing the Platform and payment infrastructure.

  • Verification Hold: Payments may be delayed or withheld if verification cannot be completed or if a dispute, breach, or suspected fraud arises.

  • No Substitutions: Incentives are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be replaced with non-monetary rewards.

  • Tax Responsibility: Awardees are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes, levies, or fees applicable to the amounts they receive.

All financial transactions on the Platform must take place through The Connect’s payment system. Circumventing this system is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of the User’s account.

5.4. Verification

Before Incentives are issued, The Connect may conduct verification procedures to confirm user identity, eligibility, and compliance with anti-money-laundering regulations.
Verification may include the collection of identification documents or proof of residence.
Failure to complete verification within the stated timeframe may result in forfeiture of the Incentive.

5.5. Disqualification and Replacement

The Connect reserves the right to disqualify an Awardee and, where appropriate, select an alternative Awardee if:

  1. The selected Submission is later found to breach these Terms or the Invite’s rules.

  2. The Awardee fails to provide required documentation or respond within the specified timeframe.

  3. Verification procedures cannot be completed successfully.

In such cases, The Connect and the Client may, at their discretion, select a replacement Awardee based on the original judging criteria.

5.6. Publicity and Credit

Except where prohibited by law, participation in a Creative Invite constitutes permission for The Connect and the Client to use the Awardee’s name, likeness, biography, and Submission for promotional purposes related to the Invite.

When a selected Submission is published as part of a creative’s portfolio, it will be credited as “Selected for [Invite Name] on The Connect”.
The Connect will make reasonable efforts to ensure accurate crediting across all media, but any omission of credit shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.

6. Licensing and Intellectual Property Rights

6.1. Ownership of Creative Works

Creatives retain full ownership of all original work, content, or material they upload or submit to the Platform (“Work”).
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of copyright, moral rights, or other intellectual property rights from the Creative to The Connect, except as expressly licensed below.

6.2. Licence Granted to The Connect

By uploading or submitting Work, you grant The Connect a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, and distribute the Work on the Platform and across The Connect’s media channels for the limited purposes of:

  1. Operating and maintaining the Platform.

  2. Promoting the Platform and its community.

  3. Showcasing Creative Invites and the Work submitted to them.

This licence remains in effect while the Work is hosted on the Platform and ends when you delete or remove it, except where the Work has been shared or featured in promotional material, in which case The Connect may continue limited archival or reference use.

6.3. Licence Granted to Clients

By submitting Work to a Creative Invite, you grant the associated Client (brand, agency, or institute) the following rights:

  1. Non-exclusive licence for submissions:

    • A non-exclusive, worldwide licence for 12 months to view, evaluate, and share your Submission solely in connection with the Invite.

    • This licence allows the Client to assess, shortlist, or promote your Submission for the purposes of the Invite only.

  2. Exclusive licence for selected works:

    • If your Submission is selected, you grant the Client and its affiliates an exclusive, worldwide licence for 12 months to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute, display, and communicate the Work for promotional, commercial, or editorial purposes as described in the Invite.

  3. Ownership transfer:

    • Any full transfer of ownership or assignment of copyright must be executed through a separate written agreement between you and the Client.

    • The Connect may facilitate this process but is not a contracting party.

6.4. Duration and Renewal

Licences granted under this Section are time-limited to 12 months unless otherwise specified in the Invite or a separate agreement.
Clients may request renewal of a licence directly with the Creative after the expiry period.

6.5. Attribution

Whenever your Work is displayed or published by The Connect or a Client, reasonable efforts will be made to ensure you are credited as the author.
Failure to provide credit due to error or omission will not constitute a breach of these Terms.

6.6. Representations and Warranties

By submitting Work, you represent and warrant that:

  1. You are the sole creator and owner of the Work or have full rights to grant the licences described above.

  2. The Work does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, moral rights, trademarks, or privacy.

  3. The Work does not contain defamatory, obscene, or unlawful material.

  4. All persons identifiable in the Work have provided valid written consent for its use.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Connect and Clients from any claims arising out of a breach of these warranties.

6.7. Moral Rights

You retain all moral rights in your Work, including the right to be identified as the author.
By submitting Work to the Platform, you agree not to assert any moral rights that would prevent The Connect or Clients from using the Work in accordance with these Terms.

6.8. Platform and Brand Assets

All trademarks, trade names, logos, software, design elements, and proprietary technology used on the Platform are the property of The Connect Social Ltd or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Platform or its branding without prior written permission from The Connect.

7. Creator Storefronts and Paid Content

7.1. Overview

The Connect allows verified Creatives to monetise their work and audience directly through Storefronts. These may include the sale or distribution of digital assets, prints, artwork, merchandise, downloadable files, paid content, or subscription-based access to exclusive materials or experiences (“Paid Content”).

All Storefront transactions are facilitated through the Platform and processed securely via Stripe Connect.

7.2. Eligibility

To open and operate a Storefront, a Creative must:

  1. Hold a verified account in good standing with The Connect.

  2. Be at least 18 years of age.

  3. Complete Stripe Connect onboarding, including tax and payment verification.

  4. Comply with all applicable laws governing sales, commerce, and digital content.

The Connect reserves the right to approve, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to Storefront features at its sole discretion.

7.3. Transactions and Fees

  1. All Storefront and Paid Content sales must be processed through The Connect’s integrated payment system using Stripe Connect.

  2. The Connect applies a platform commission fee to each transaction, deducted automatically before payment is released to the Creative. The applicable fee will be clearly stated prior to sale.

  3. Payments to Creatives are typically released within seven (7) days of order completion, subject to verification and absence of disputes.

  4. Creatives are responsible for accurately describing their items, setting prices, fulfilling orders, and ensuring all sales are lawful and delivered as described.

  5. Circumventing The Connect’s payment system is strictly prohibited.

7.4. Digital Content and Licensing

When selling digital assets or downloadable files, Creatives must clearly state the licence terms granted to purchasers (for example, personal use, editorial use, or commercial use).

By default, unless otherwise stated:

  • The buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased item for personal or editorial purposes only.

  • Copyright remains with the Creative.

The Connect is not responsible for enforcing licence terms between Creatives and purchasers.

7.5. Subscriptions and Access-Based Content

Creatives may offer subscription-based Paid Content or premium access through their profiles.

Where subscriptions are offered:

  1. Pricing, renewal frequency, and cancellation rights must be clearly disclosed.

  2. Subscribers may cancel at any time through their account settings, with access ending at the end of the current billing period.

  3. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer-protection laws.

The Connect may suspend or remove subscription offerings that misrepresent their content or breach these Terms.

7.6. Refunds and Disputes

Refunds for digital or physical goods are handled in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
The Connect may, at its discretion, assist in mediating disputes between buyers and Creatives, but final responsibility for fulfilment and accuracy of listings rests with the Creative.
The Connect is not liable for losses or disputes arising from a Creative’s failure to deliver or misrepresentation of goods or content.

7.7. Taxes and Financial Compliance

Creatives are solely responsible for determining and remitting any taxes, VAT, or duties applicable to their sales or earnings.
The Connect may be required by law to withhold taxes or report income depending on jurisdictional requirements.
Where applicable, The Connect will provide transaction summaries or documentation for accounting or tax purposes.

7.8. Prohibited Sales and Content

Creatives may not sell, distribute, or monetise the following through their Storefronts or profiles:

  1. Illegal or restricted goods or services.

  2. Adult-only material, sexually explicit or pornographic content, or any exploitative imagery.

  3. Content involving minors or anyone under 18.

  4. Infringing, counterfeit, or stolen works.

  5. Weapons, drugs, or prohibited paraphernalia.

  6. Content that violates intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.

The Connect reserves the right to remove any listing, content, or account that breaches this policy.

7.9. The Connect’s Role

The Connect acts solely as a facilitator and payment intermediary. It is not a contracting party between Creatives and buyers, does not own or warrant the goods sold, and does not guarantee sales volume or commercial success.
The Connect’s liability is limited to the amount of its platform fee for any disputed transaction.

8. Disputes Between Users

8.1. Responsibility Between Users

All transactions, collaborations, and agreements formed between Users through The Connect — including participation in Creative Invites, Direct Invites, Storefront sales, or subscription-based content — are entered into directly between the Users involved.

The Connect is not a contracting party to any agreement between Creatives, Brands, Agencies, or Institutes and is not responsible for the fulfilment of any obligations under those agreements.
Users are solely responsible for performing their respective duties and for resolving any disputes arising from their collaborations on or through the Platform.

8.2. Disputes Arising from Direct Invites

If a dispute arises from a Direct Invite either before or within the designated post-completion window (as stated on the Platform or within the Invite), The Connect will initiate a temporary hold on any related funds pending review.

A dedicated dispute channel (“Dispute Chat”) will automatically be created on the Platform between the involved parties (the Brand or Client, the Creative, and The Connect’s admin team).

Within the Dispute Chat:

  1. Both parties may provide written statements, clarifications, or upload supporting evidence (such as screenshots, communications, or deliverables).

  2. The Connect’s administrators will have full access to the relevant project and chat history between the Brand and Creative relating to that Invite to evaluate the context of the dispute.

  3. The Connect may request additional evidence or clarification from either party to make an informed decision.

Following review, The Connect will determine, based on the available evidence, whether to:

  • Release payment in full or in part to the Creative.

  • Refund the Brand in full or in part.

  • Forfeit payment to one or both parties if a significant breach of these Terms or the Invite’s conditions has occurred.

All determinations made by The Connect regarding Direct Invite disputes are final and binding.

8.3. Other Disputes

For disputes unrelated to Direct Invites (such as those arising from Creative Invites, Storefront sales, or subscriptions), The Connect encourages open and fair communication between Users to resolve issues independently.

If Users cannot resolve a dispute directly, The Connect may, at its discretion, offer non-binding mediation to facilitate communication or recommend potential resolutions.
However, The Connect is not obligated to intervene, enforce, or compensate for User-to-User disagreements outside of Direct Invite engagements.

8.4. Payments and Withholding

The Connect may withhold, delay, or reallocate funds where a dispute has been initiated or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach, or misrepresentation.
Funds will only be released following:

  1. A final determination by The Connect under Section 8.2,

  2. A mutually agreed settlement between the parties, or

  3. A valid court order.

The Connect is not liable for any losses or costs arising from delayed or withheld funds during a dispute process.

8.5. Reporting Misconduct

Users may report misconduct, fraud, harassment, or unlawful activity through hello@theconnect.social or through the Platform’s reporting features.
The Connect reserves the right to investigate reports and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of accounts.

8.6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Connect disclaims all liability for disputes, damages, losses, or claims arising between Users.
This includes disputes regarding performance, quality, misrepresentation, breach of contract, or delivery of work.
The Connect’s liability in any dispute it administers will not exceed the total platform fee retained for the disputed transaction.

9. Content and Community Standards

9.1. Overview

The Connect is a platform built to celebrate creativity, collaboration, and diversity of expression.
To maintain a professional, safe, and inclusive environment for all Users, every person who uploads or publishes content on The Connect must comply with the following content and community standards.

By using the Platform, you agree not to post, share, or distribute any material that breaches these standards or any applicable laws.

9.2. Acceptable Use

Users must conduct themselves respectfully and professionally at all times.
You agree not to:

  1. Post or share any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise harmful material.

  2. Infringe the intellectual property, moral, privacy, or publicity rights of others.

  3. Misrepresent your identity, skills, or affiliation.

  4. Engage in spam, phishing, or unauthorised advertising.

  5. Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform or other Users’ accounts.

  6. Use The Connect for escorting, adult entertainment, or sexually explicit services.

The Connect reserves the right to remove any content or suspend access to any account that violates these standards.

9.3. Artistic and Mature Content

The Connect recognises that creative expression may include artistic nudity, mature themes, or sensitive subject matter. Such content is permitted on the Platform provided it meets the following conditions:

  1. The content must be lawful, non-exploitative, and presented in a creative, educational, documentary, or artistic context.

  2. All persons featured must be 18 years of age or older and have provided clear written consent for the use and publication of their image or likeness.

  3. The content must not depict or imply sexual acts, pornography, fetish material, or adult-only entertainment.

  4. The content must not involve minors, simulated or otherwise, in any sexual or suggestive context.

  5. Any content containing artistic nudity or mature themes must be appropriately tagged or flagged as “Contains Mature Content” to allow viewer discretion.

  6. The Connect reserves the right to restrict visibility, apply warnings, or remove content where it is deemed excessively explicit or inconsistent with these Terms, even if it was created for artistic purposes.

This policy is designed to protect creative freedom while upholding legal, ethical, and community standards.

9.4. Respect and Conduct

Users must engage respectfully when communicating on the Platform, including within project comments, Invite discussions, and direct messages.
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or abuse of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal.

The Connect encourages constructive feedback and collaboration but prohibits personal attacks, hate speech, or any language intended to harm or demean others.

9.5. Platform Moderation

The Connect may review, moderate, or remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Moderation decisions may include:

  • Removal of content.

  • Restriction of visibility (for example, mature content filters).

  • Temporary or permanent account suspension.

While The Connect aims to preserve artistic integrity and user autonomy, it reserves final discretion over what is considered acceptable under these Terms.

9.6. Reporting Violations

Users who encounter content or behaviour that violates these standards may report it directly through the Platform or by contacting hello@theconnect.social.
Reports will be reviewed by The Connect’s moderation team, which may request additional information or evidence before taking action.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1. Grounds for Suspension or Termination

The Connect may suspend or terminate your account, either temporarily or permanently, at its discretion and without prior notice if:

  1. You breach any provision of these Terms or any Supplementary Terms.

  2. You provide false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.

  3. You engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful behaviour, including harassment, discrimination, or copyright infringement.

  4. Your content or conduct is under investigation for violating the Platform’s Content and Community Standards.

  5. You attempt to circumvent The Connect’s payment systems, verification processes, or moderation controls.

  6. You misuse the Platform in a way that negatively affects other Users or damages The Connect’s reputation.

  7. Required by law, court order, or a regulatory authority.

10.2. Temporary Suspension

Temporary suspension may be applied where:

  1. A dispute or complaint is under investigation.

  2. Content is pending review for potential policy or legal violations.

  3. Verification documents or compliance checks are incomplete.

  4. A payment or transaction is subject to hold or chargeback.

During suspension:

  • You may lose access to specific features or parts of the Platform.

  • Pending payments may be temporarily withheld until resolution.

  • You will be notified by email or in-app message with the reason for suspension and, where applicable, next steps for reinstatement.

Suspensions are generally lifted once the issue has been resolved or clarified to The Connect’s satisfaction.

10.3. Termination by The Connect

The Connect may permanently terminate your account if:

  1. You commit a serious or repeated breach of these Terms.

  2. You engage in fraud, harassment, exploitation, or abuse of other Users.

  3. You fail to comply with repeated warnings or requests for information.

  4. You misuse The Connect for unauthorised or illegal purposes.

  5. Your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to other Users, Clients, or The Connect’s operations.

In the event of termination, The Connect will notify you via the contact details associated with your account. All rights to access the Platform and its features will cease immediately.

10.4. Termination by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@theconnect.social or using the account deletion feature (if available).

Closing your account will not affect any ongoing obligations, including:

  • Payments owed or due under completed or pending Invites.

  • Compliance with any legal, financial, or tax obligations.

  • Licences already granted to Clients or The Connect under these Terms.

Once your account is deleted, any remaining balance may be forfeited if unclaimed within a reasonable period, and your profile, content, and projects will be removed from public view.

10.5. Effect of Termination

Upon termination (by either party):

  1. All rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease.

  2. Any ongoing Creative Invites, Direct Invites, or Storefront transactions may be cancelled or transferred at The Connect’s discretion.

  3. The Connect may retain limited account information as required by law or for record-keeping, dispute resolution, or tax purposes.

Termination does not affect any rights, obligations, or liabilities accrued before the termination date.

11. Warranties, Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

11.1. Warranties and Disclaimers

The Connect provides access to the Platform and its features on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Connect makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform or its content, including (without limitation):

  1. The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or content displayed on the Platform.

  2. The performance, quality, or outcome of any collaboration, Invite, or transaction between Users.
